Caphosol C-CASH Co-Pay Savings Program

Save up to $150 on your next three 120-dose packs of Caphosol with the C-CASH co-pay savings program.

With the free C-CASH savings card, you could save up to $50 off a co-payment for a Caphosol 120-dose pack. The C-CASH card can be used 3 times for a total savings up to $150.

The C-CASH card can be used at any retail pharmacy or at Caphosol's Specialty Pharmacy partners. The card is free to use and no activation or enrollment is required.

What Are the Savings With C-CASH?

The C-CASH program offers up to $50 off each of three co-payments for the Caphosol 120-dose pack. After paying the first $30, C-CASH will pay up to the next $50 for each of three co-payments for total savings of up to $150.

Eligibility and Restrictions

Patients with commercial insurance and a 120-dose Caphosol prescription are eligible to receive C-CASH savings. C-CASH is not available for patients whose prescriptions are reimbursed under Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or any other federal or state programs (such as medical assistance programs) or for cash-paying patients. The offer is not valid for patients who reside in Massachusetts. The offer is not valid for a 30-dose Caphosol prescription. This program expires on 2/28/2010.

How Much Does the C-CASH Card Cost?

The C-CASH card is free and there is no cost to participate.

How to Receive C-CASH Savings

There are two easy ways to get a free C-CASH card:

1. Filling Your Caphosol Prescription at a Participating Specialty Pharmacy

Contact Caphosol's trusted specialty pharmacies, Axium Healthcare or The Apothecary Shops and tell the representative you want to receive C-CASH savings on your prescription fill. The specialty pharmacies will work with your physician to fill your order. Your eligible co-pay savings will be instantly applied the next time you fill your prescription, and Caphosol will be shipped directly to your home at no additional cost. 2. Filling Your Caphosol Prescription at a Retail Pharmacy
