Depending on your co-pay, you could save up to $50 on your Caphosol® prescription and 5 subsequent refills. That's a maximum savings of up to $300.
The C-CASH card can be used at any pharmacy. The card is free to use and no activation or enrollment is required.
What Are the Savings With C-CASH?
The C-CASH program offers up to $50 off each of six co-payments for Caphosol. After paying the first $30, C-CASH will pay up to the next $50 for each of six co-payments for a total savings of up to $300.

How Much Does the C-CASH Card Cost?
The C-CASH card is free and there is no cost to participate.
How to Receive and Use a C-CASH Card
- Click Here to have a C-CASH card mailed to your home. Once received, bring the C-CASH card to the pharmacy when you order your next refill. The pharmacist will instantly apply your eligible savings at check-out.

- Contact Caphosol's trusted specialty pharmacies, Axium Healthcare or The Apothecary Shops and tell the representative you want to receive C-CASH savings on your prescription fill. The specialty pharmacies will work with your physician to fill your order. Your eligible co-pay savings will be instantly applied the next time you fill your prescription, and Caphosol will be shipped directly to your home at no additional cost. Eligibility and Restrictions
Valid prescription for Caphosol is required. To qualify for the program, minimum purchase of 120-dose pack of Caphosol or four 30-dose packs is required. C-CASH is not available for patients whose prescriptions are reimbursed under Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or any other federal or state programs (such as medical assistance programs). The offer is not valid for patients who reside in Massachusetts. This program expires on 12/2010.
